Welcome to BizBot (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, products, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

1. Services

BizBot provides AI-powered chatbot solutions, including but not limited to:

• Custom chatbot setup and configuration
• Training and optimization based on your business
• Ongoing hosting, support, and platform access

We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. Eligibility

By using BizBot, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the authority to enter into this agreement
• You are using the service for legitimate business purposes

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Fees and Payment

Setup Fee

A one-time non-refundable setup fee of $495 is required at the time of purchase.
This fee covers onboarding, configuration, and custom training of your BizBot.

Free Period

All subscriptions include an initial 2-month period with no recurring charges.
This period begins immediately after purchase and does not delay or refund the setup fee.

Subscription Plans

BizBot offers two subscription options:

Monthly Plan

• $189 per month after the initial 2-month period
• Automatically renews monthly
• May be canceled at any time prior to renewal

Annual Plan

• $999 per year after the initial 2-month period
• Automatically renews annually
• Billed in full at the start of each billing cycle and is non-refundable

Billing Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method:

• The setup fee at checkout
• Recurring subscription fees at the applicable billing interval

No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, including:

• Setup fees
• Monthly subscription charges
• Annual subscription charges

No partial refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued for unused time.

5. Cancellations

Monthly Plans

You may cancel at any time.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions:

• Cannot be canceled mid-term
• Will remain active until the end of the paid billing period
• Will not be refunded under any circumstances once billed

Timing

To avoid renewal charges, cancellations must be made before the next billing date.

6. Service Delivery & Performance

BizBot is designed to assist with customer engagement, lead generation, and communication.

However:

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes
• We do not guarantee lead volume, conversions, or revenue
• Performance depends on your business, traffic, and implementation

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business information for training
• Use the service lawfully and ethically
• Not use BizBot for misleading, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use BizBot to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your business

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All BizBot software, systems, and technology remain the exclusive property of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service during your active subscription.

You do not acquire ownership of:

• The platform
• The underlying AI systems
• Any proprietary processes or configurations

10. Data & Content

You retain ownership of your business content and inputs.

By using BizBot, you grant us the right to:

• Process and use your content to deliver and improve the service
• Store and analyze interactions for system optimization

We implement reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute data security.

11. Service Availability

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We are not liable for:

• Temporary outages
• Third-party service disruptions
• Internet or hosting failures

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BizBot shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to BizBot in the preceding 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizBot from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your business practices
• Your violation of these Terms

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the platform
• Continued service presents risk to us or others

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
